Our postnatal classes include:

  • Yoga4baby. Mother and baby yoga exercise classes to aid bonding and help alleviate baby ailments.
  • Infant Massage. A 4 week course to teach the mother how to massage the baby. Baby massage helps relax babies and ease problems such as wind and colic.
  • Parenting Workshops. 2 hr workshops on infant and toddler related topics such as weaning, sleeping and settling.
